Senior Planner - Civils - Berkshire

Car or Car Allowance - Civil Engineering

As a Senior Planner, you will:

  • Ensure that the programme content is functionally compliant with the planning procedures and guidance
  • Identify planning scope, major constraints and contract requirements
  • Identify major quantities and factors affecting the programme
  • Establish and agree with Operations construction outputs and agree working hours with appropriate Estimator
  • Establish and agree with Operations and Bid Team key methods of construction, sequencing, installation and commissioning

Experience / Knowledge

  • Have experience of Defence and Build projects
  • Be able to use Asta and/or P6
  • Be skilled in EVM and 4D
  • Have an understanding of NEC and JCT Contracts
  • Be able to demonstrate developing tender programmes and managing the programme during the delivery phase
