Quality Assessor / Administrator - Leicestershire

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Resolve any customer issues
  • General administrative duties
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure the vehicle is repaired to the correct specification and made available for hire
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained, assess the costs of the repair and time scales
  • To identify the correct prescribed repair method
  • To prepare computerised and manual estimates and to the accurately record these, maintaining up-to- date records of all estimates

Skills and experience required to become our Quality Assessor/Administrator:

  • The ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and complete work to a high standard within a strict deadline
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A confident and flexible attitude
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in vehicle rental is an advantage but not essential

Experience in or around a bodyshop environment ideal but not essential.
