Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Build strong customer relationships
- Resolve any customer issues
- General administrative duties
- Liaise with different departments to ensure the vehicle is repaired to the correct specification and made available for hire
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained, assess the costs of the repair and time scales
- To identify the correct prescribed repair method
- To prepare computerised and manual estimates and to the accurately record these, maintaining up-to- date records of all estimates
Skills and experience required to become our Quality Assessor/Administrator:
- The ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and complete work to a high standard within a strict deadline
- Good eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- A confident and flexible attitude
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Previous experience in vehicle rental is an advantage but not essential
Experience in or around a bodyshop environment ideal but not essential.
