We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist /Hospitality Assistant within our client's Nottingham office.  Working as part of our fantastic Front of House team, you will help to ensure that their clients receive a 5 star hospitality service when visiting their office.

We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience of working in a hospitality / cabin crew environment.  With a friendly and professional approach, you will ensure that all clients receive an exceptional meet and greet service.  You will need to portray a positive image at all times, setting high standards of integrity, punctuality, politeness and professionalism.

You will be responsible for coordinating all food and drink requirements for meetings, and will ensure that all meeting rooms are set up in line with their brand. 

Further responsibilities will include: ensuring all equipment (AV/VC) is working and set up on time for all meetings; ensuring all relevant legislation is adhered to, e.g. H&S, risk assessments, food hygiene; ensuring the needs our clients are met, e.g. parking, security passes, refreshments etc.

We are looking for someone who is IT literate, proactive and a good team player.
